The shape of the building resembles the sail of the Arab boats “Dow”, the construction of which was a very laborious process: it is created from a special fabric covered with a double layer of Teflon, and occupies a Central place in the facade of the hotel. During the day, the sail emits a bright white, and at night turns into a huge screen, which is projected enlivening the night sky light show lined with double glass with Teflon coating.

There are many restaurants in Sail. If you book a table in them, the security will check with the list, and you will be admitted to the hotel.

Each of the 202 rooms offers the highest level of comfort and luxury – it is equipped with the latest technology and offers guests a great service, including a personal computer and constant Internet access. The rooms have huge Windows on the wall overlooking the sea and a view of the nearby panorama. For wealthy guests, at an altitude of 200 meters above sea level, there is a helicopter landing pad, which can also be used as a tennis court.
